The 47th IMAPS Poland Conference, held jointly with the 18th International Conference on Optical and Electronic Sensors (COE), will take place from September 20–23, 2026, in Bukowina Tatrzańska, Poland. Organized by the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Microelectronics and Photonics (Łukasiewicz – IMiF) together with the IMAPS Poland Chapter and COE organizers, the conference brings together researchers, engineers, industry professionals, and technology developers working in the fields of microelectronics, electronic packaging, photonics, and sensor technologies.
By combining two well-established conferences into one joint event, the program provides an interdisciplinary platform for presenting the latest scientific advances, discussing emerging technologies, and fostering collaboration between academia and industry. The conference offers excellent opportunities for networking, exchanging ideas, and exploring new research partnerships in an international environment.
The technical program features invited presentations, scientific lectures, technical sessions, poster presentations, and discussions covering a broad range of topics related to microelectronics, advanced packaging, and sensor technologies. The IMAPS program includes subjects such as hybrid and semiconductor technologies, electronic materials and components, packaging and PCB technologies, thermal management, quality and reliability, thick- and thin-film technologies, and microcircuit applications. The parallel COE conference focuses on optical and electronic sensors, MEMS and NEMS, biosensors, quantum sensors, lab-on-chip technologies, IoT and Industry 4.0 applications, microsystems, and advanced sensing materials.
The conference also provides authors with the opportunity to present their latest research to an international audience and, for IMAPS participants, to submit extended versions of selected contributions to special issues of leading scientific journals. With its comprehensive technical program, collaborative atmosphere, and focus on emerging technologies, the 47th IMAPS Poland & 18th COE Conference is an important meeting point for the European microelectronics and sensor technology community.
