MicroTech 2027

MicroTech 2027 is the Annual IMAPS-UK Conference. This In Person Conference combines invited Keynotes and presentations from leading Industrial Companies and Research Organisations. The Conference will also include the IMAPS-UK Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Call for Abstracts 

Abstracts are invited on the following topics:

• Applications
• Advanced Packaging Technologies
• Electronics Design and Manufacturing Strategy
• Reliability Assessment

Those wishing to present their work at MicroTech 2027 are invited to submit an abstract of 200-300 words by Friday 27th November 2026 to the IMAPS-UK Office – office@imaps.org.uk
